Details
From July 4 to July 13, 2021, the Municipality of Monte Grimano Terme, in collaboration with the agency Ramitours, is organizing a mountain holiday in Vipiteno (BZ) at the Hotel Rosskopf (3*S).
The participation fee of €730 includes:
- 9 full-board stays with drinks included at meals in Vipiteno
- Round-trip transfer by GT coach from Monte Grimano to Vipiteno
- Welcome drink and typical dinners at the hotel
- Free access to the wellness center
- Medical/luggage insurance with UnipolSai
- 7-days-a-week emergency phone service by Ramitours and on-site tourist assistance
- RAMITOURS complimentary gift for each participant + PRIZES & GADGETS for group recreational activities
The fee does NOT include:
Tour leader, Tips, Porterage, Tourist tax (to be paid directly at the hotel, Travel kit, Extras and anything not expressly indicated under “The fee includes”
Supplements:
- Single room: €18.00 per night
- MULTI-RISK COVID insurance (for refunds, medical assistance, and dedicated return home): €8.00 per person
PLEASE NOTE:
Hotel meal menus include 3 courses with a double choice of menu both at lunch and dinner.
A vegetable buffet is always included at lunch and dinner.
Children’s discounts apply only if sharing a room with at least 2 adults.>
PAYMENT TERMS:
Deposit: €200.00 per person at the time of registration (by May 25, 2021)
Balance: by June 15, 2021
In the event of Government provisions preventing the stay due to mobility restrictions between regions, Ramitours will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the deposit paid, RAMITOURS srl reserves the right to retain a percentage of the stay price as compensation, as follows:
- From 45 to 30 calendar days before departure: cancellations tolerated up to 20% of booked participants; beyond that, a 15% penalty applies
- From 29 to 16 days before departure: 30% penalty
- From 15 to 9 days before departure: 40% penalty
- From 8 to 3 days before departure: 70% penalty
- From 3 days before departure to no-show on departure day without notice: 100% penalty (no show)
The above percentages apply only to the hotel portion of the fee; agency fees and non-hotel services (such as flights, coach, or sea transport) will be charged in full.
